  體腔(qiāng)内設(shè)灰鬥卸料(liào)，避免(miǎn)物料(liào)沖擊體腔(qiāng)，延長了使(shǐ)用壽(shòu)命，閘闆運(yùn)動由(yóu)滑輪(lún)導向(xiàng)，減小了運(yùn)動阻力，操作更加靈(líng)活、切斷快速，特(tè)别适(shì)用(yòng)于各類(lèi)微帶粘度的固(gù)體、粉料及小于(yú)Φ10mm的顆(kē)粒料，晶粒(lì)料的(de)輸送及流(liú)量調(diào)節，安(ān)裝(zhuāng)不受角(jiǎo)度限制， 能(néng)随時調(diào)節(jiē)開度(dù)。該閥(fá)門有(yǒu)手輪(lún)和鍊輪兩種操(cāo)作形式，i型為手輪，ii為鍊輪。單向(xiàng)和雙向兩(liǎng)種結(jié)構形式，hzd為(wéi)單向(xiàng)，hzs為雙向。

  there is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. the slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. the valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. it is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. it can be installed at any angle. the position of its gate can be regulated at any time. this valve has two type of operation. one is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. typeⅠ means manual wheel. type Ⅱ means chain wheel. the valve has two type of construction hzd is signal direction and hzs is double direction.

工作(zuò)原理：

working principle

  主要由框(kuàng)架、閘闆、絲杆、螺(luó)母等(děng)零(líng)件構成(chéng)，人工(gōng)轉動(dòng)手輪(lún)使帶(dài)動(dòng)絲杆螺(luó)母和閘闆作水(shuǐ)平方(fāng)向往複運(yùn)動，達(dá)到啟閉目(mù)的。閘(zhá)闆的運動(dòng)像刀鍘(zhá)一樣能(néng)切斷滞留在灰(huī)鬥上的物(wù)料，達到密封(fēng)狀态。

  it is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. the movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

使用說明：

usage explanation:

l  本(běn)閥可水平(píng)安裝或垂直安裝，安(ān)裝時兩(liǎng)法(fǎ)蘭連(lián)接中間必(bì)須加密(mì)封墊(niàn)片，然後(hòu)鎖緊螺栓。

l  操作(zuò)時手輪(lún)順(shùn)時針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關，反(fǎn)之為(wéi)開，不(bú)得在(zài)手輪上再增加(jiā)輔助杠杆。

l  若長期存(cún)放應(yīng)使設備處于(yú)關閉狀(zhuàng)态，各(gè)傳動部位(wèi)應(yīng)加潤滑油，不(bú)允許(xǔ)露天(tiān)存放或堆置。

l   it can be installed in horizontal or vertical. sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   you cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   the device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. driving parts should add lubricated oil. placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
