  插(chā)闆閥(fá)是綜合多年來使用插闆閥的經驗創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計，主要(yào)用(yòng)于通風除(chú)塵、風(fēng)力輸(shū)送及排(pái)風系統(tǒng)管路上的調節和固(gù)體粉料輸送的調(diào)節和切(qiē)斷。

  this series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. it is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  采用優質(zhì)鋼材焊(hàn)接而成，具有結構簡單，操作自(zì)如，閥闆(pǎn)滑動靈(líng)活，密(mì)閉性(xìng)能優(yōu)良等特點。特别(bié)是局(jú)部(bù)阻力損(sǔn)失小，調節(jiē)性能(néng)好，維護(hù)保(bǎo)養拆(chāi)卸方便，不(bú)易變(biàn)形，克服(fú)了老式(shì)插闆閥(fá)漏風大(dà)、變形快、調(diào)節困(kùn)難的毛(máo)病。特(tè)别适用于無(wú)粘度的固(gù)體粉(fěn)料及(jí)小于(yú)Ф10mm顆粒(lì)料、晶(jīng)體料、固(gù)狀(zhuàng)物料(liào)的輸送。

  this valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. it overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. it is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工(gōng)作原理：

working principle:

  插闆閥(fá)主要由(yóu)執行(háng)機構、閥體(tǐ)、插闆、密(mì)封裝(zhuāng)置、行程開(kāi)關等部件組成(chéng)。運行時輸出指(zhǐ)令（電源(yuán)或(huò)氣源(yuán)）給執行(háng)機(jī)構，由(yóu)執行機(jī)構帶動插闆向外(wài)抽出(chū)，達到工況(kuàng)需要(yào)位置(zhì)，撞動(dòng)行(háng)程(chéng)開關停止，由行(háng)程開關反饋信(xìn)号（開關信号）給(gěi)控制(zhì)室(shì)。反之則(zé)關閉插闆閥（向(xiàng)内推(tuī)進）。

  the valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. instruction is transmitted to the actuator. the actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. otherwise close disc.

使用說(shuō)明：

l  本閥(fá)連接方(fāng)式為(wéi)法蘭連接(jiē)。

l  本(běn)閥可水(shuǐ)平或垂直安裝，安(ān)裝(zhuāng)時兩法蘭(lán)聯接中間必須加密(mì)封墊片(piàn)，然後均勻鎖緊(jǐn)螺栓。

l  手(shǒu)動操作時向外抽出(chū)為開，向内(nèi)推進為關。不得(dé)在把(bǎ)手上(shàng)增加(jiā)輔(fǔ)助器材(cái)。

l  執行(háng)機構應按其(qí)使用說明正确接(jiē)線與操作。

l  若長期存放(fàng)應使設備處(chù)于關(guān)閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳(chuán)動(dòng)部位(wèi)應加(jiā)潤(rùn)滑油，不(bú)允許露(lù)天存放(fàng)或堆置。

l   joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   the valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   draw out handle means open and push in means close. assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. it should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
