工作原理：

working principle:

  防爆、安全閥(fá)作為壓縮、易爆(bào)氣體管(guǎn)道系統(tǒng)中的卸(xiè)壓裝置(zhì)。當系(xì)統(tǒng)壓(yā)力大(dà)于表(biǎo)壓力時，防(fáng)爆膜片則自行(háng)破裂(liè)，安全(quán)閥闆(pǎn)則自行開啟洩(xiè)壓，以防止系統發(fā)生爆炸(zhà)，保證(zhèng)生産(chǎn)和人(rén)身(shēn)安全。

  the valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. the slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放散閥(fá)、放風(fēng)閥作(zuò)為(wéi)輸(shū)送氣(qì)體管道中的特(tè)殊(shū)卸壓裝置，可(kě)以根據系(xì)統需(xū)要，經手動(dòng)控制(zhì)或自動(dòng)控制來完成對管道系(xì)統中氣體的排放或(huò)補充(chōng)，其密(mì)封面根據(jù)不同(tóng)工況(kuàng)、不同溫度(dù)，可采用(yòng)橡(xiàng)膠軟(ruǎn)密(mì)封或金屬硬(yìng)密封形式(shì)。

  the discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. it can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安裝(zhuāng)及調(diào)試：

installation and regulation:

l   防爆、安(ān)全閥作為系統終端(duān)或旁路終端(duān)的安全(quán)設備(bèi)，為法蘭式(shì)連(lián)接(jiē)。

l   防爆閥、洩爆閥(fá)安全膜(mó)片，安全(quán)閥、安(ān)全閥闆根(gēn)據客戶(hù)系(xì)統****安(ān)全壓力而(ér)定。使用時，必須核對(duì)工況性能參數是否與(yǔ)該産品(pǐn)相符，切不(bú)可盲(máng)目安裝使(shǐ)用。

l   安(ān)裝時，清理安全膜片(piàn)、安(ān)全(quán)閥闆(pǎn)，不允許(xǔ)有(yǒu)污垢(gòu)附着(zhe)，兩(liǎng)法蘭連(lián)接時，中間需加(jiā)密封墊。

l   防爆、安(ān)全閥，保護動作後，必(bì)須馬上更(gèng)換安全(quán)膜片或(huò)檢查(chá)安全閥闆(pǎn)狀态(tài)。

l   防爆(bào)、安全(quán)閥應随(suí)時處于臨界動作狀态(tài)，以保護系(xì)統。

l   放(fàng)散閥、放風閥(fá)的(de)安裝條件必須(xū)保證人(rén)員安全(quán)，便于操作與觀(guān)察。

l   anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   the valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   the installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運輸保管：

transportation and protection:

l  運(yùn)輸時應避免撞(zhuàng)擊閥門(mén)和安全(quán)膜片(piàn)、安全閥闆(pǎn)及放(fàng)風閥的傳動裝置。

l  閥門應(yīng)存放在幹燥室内，不(bú)允許(xǔ)露天(tiān)存放或(huò)堆(duī)置，保(bǎo)護安全閥閥闆(pǎn)密(mì)封面(miàn)。放散閥(fá)，放風閥(fá)應對傳(chuán)動裝置及(jí)傳動(dòng)部位作防鏽、防(fáng)潮處理(lǐ)。

l  avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l  anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維(wéi)護及(jí)檢修(xiū)：

maintenance and examination:

l  定期檢查(chá)各安全閥，防爆(bào)閥的運行(háng)情況(kuàng)。

l  如出現(xiàn)安全閥(fá)、防爆閥的(de)安全膜片爆(bào)破後，請在排除系統(tǒng)故(gù)障後(hòu)及時(shí)更換(huàn)安全(quán)膜(mó)片。

l  對放(fàng)風閥(fá)的執行機構定期檢查，對(duì)傳動部分加潤滑油(yóu)，定期更換(huàn)潤滑脂。

l  對密閉(bì)狀況要定期檢(jiǎn)查(chá)，及時(shí)更(gèng)換。

l  check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l  if the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l  check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l  check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.

l  please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment and characteristic of medium etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

l  the actuator is normal type without any special corresponding accessory if the valve needs transmission device. if you have special demand (anti-explosion and outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.
