  物料切斷閥采用(yòng)優質(zhì)鋼材焊接(jiē)而(ér)成，其結構科(kē)學合(hé)理，緊湊獨(dú)特，操(cāo)作靈(líng)活，維(wéi)護方便(biàn)，密(mì)封性能可(kě)靠。其楔緊(jǐn)工作原理(lǐ)使插(chā)闆越關越緊，使密封永遠(yuǎn)處于良好(hǎo)狀(zhuàng)态。而插(chā)闆一旦開啟，馬(mǎ)上與(yǔ)密封面脫(tuō)離，以保證(zhèng)密封(fēng)面不受磨損，且(qiě)密封面敞開式(shì)，物料無法附着(zhe)和沉(chén)積(jī)。此(cǐ)構造(zào)是密封的關鍵(jiàn)所在。w表示密封面為(wéi)橡膠軟密(mì)封，p表示密(mì)封面(miàn)為(wéi)合金硬(yìng)密封(fēng)。配用不同的傳(chuán)動裝(zhuāng)置滿(mǎn)足不(bú)同工況需(xū)求。z73為(wéi)手輪(lún)傳動(dòng)，wz73為蝸(wō)輪傳動，dz73為電動(dòng)裝置傳動(dòng)，qz73為氣(qì)動裝置傳動。

  the valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact and scientific structure, hand to operate, easy to maintenance and reliable sealing. the working principle is choking, the sealing is always in the best state while the disc is closed. the disc separates from sealing surface when it is opened, which avoids abrasion of the sealing surface. the sealing surface is in open state and the material cannot cohere or deposit, which the key to the sealing. w means the sealing surface is rubber soft sealing, p means the sealing surface is alloy hard sealing. it can meet different requirement of working conditions equipped with different transmission devices. z73 denotes hand wheel drive, wz73 denotes worm gear drive, dz73 denotes electric device drive and qz73 pneumatic device drive.

working principle

  物料切(qiē)斷閥(fá)主要由(yóu)閥體、插(chā)闆、密封副(fù)、傳動杆及傳動(dòng)裝置(zhì)等部件(jiàn)組成。手(shǒu)動物(wù)料切(qiē)斷閥(fá)由人工轉(zhuǎn)動手(shǒu)輪，沿順時針方(fāng)向為(wéi)關，逆時針(zhēn)方向為開。由旋(xuán)轉螺母(mǔ)帶(dài)動傳(chuán)動杆(gǎn)作向上運(yùn)動，使(shǐ)插闆脫離(lí)密封面(miàn)向上位(wèi)移，直至全開，反之為(wéi)關(guān)。蝸(wō)輪傳動物料切斷閥(fá)由人(rén)工轉動蝸(wō)輪裝置手輪，順(shùn)時針方(fāng)向為關(guān)，逆時針方向為開，帶(dài)動(dòng)蝸輪副(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)從而(ér)帶動(dòng)傳動杆(gǎn)向(xiàng)上運(yùn)動，使插闆(pǎn)全開(kāi)，反之(zhī)全關(guān)。電動(dòng)物料切斷(duàn)閥由(yóu)z型電(diàn)動裝置得(dé)到(dào)指令動作旋(xuán)轉螺母帶(dài)動(dòng)傳(chuán)動杆作(zuò)運(yùn)動，使(shǐ)插闆起(qǐ)到開關(guān)作用。氣(qì)動物料切斷閥由二位(wèi)五通電磁換(huàn)向閥控制，10a-5r氣動推(tuī)杆帶動傳(chuán)動杆(gǎn)作往複運(yùn)動，使(shǐ)插(chā)闆起到(dào)開關(guān)作用(yòng)。

  the valve is mainly made up of body, inserting disc, sealing pairs, transmission pole and transmission device etc. the hand wheel of the manual valve is rotated in clockwise and closes the valve, anticlockwise rotation means open. the transmission pole moves upwards and makes the disc separate from sealing surface and move upwards until the valve is fully opened. the hand wheel of worm gear drive valve is rotated by hand. clockwise rotation means close and anticlockwise means open. the transmission pole moves upward, the worm gear pairs rotate until the disc is fully opened. type z electric device of electric valve receives the order and rotates nut to drive the transmission pole in order to open or close the disc. the pneumatic valve is controlled by two-bite five-way electromagnetism reversal valve. type 10a-5r pneumatic draw stem drives the transmission pole move reciprocally to open or close the disc.

usage explanation

l  安(ān)裝(zhuāng)時必(bì)需清除閥(fá)門内(nèi)腔雜(zá)物和污漬(zì)，請注意閥(fá)體(tǐ)上(shàng)箭頭(tóu)所指(zhǐ)介質(zhì)流向(xiàng)。兩(liǎng)法蘭連(lián)接時必需加密(mì)封墊(niàn)片，然後均(jun1)勻擰(nǐng)緊螺栓。

l  安裝前先手動閥(fá)門一(yī)個周期，無(wú)異常現象(xiàng)方可(kě)上線(xiàn)安(ān)裝(zhuāng)。

l  運行(háng)時應定期(qī)給各傳動部分(fèn)加潤(rùn)滑油，定(dìng)期檢修(xiū)傳動裝置(zhì)。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存(cún)放(fàng)，請給傳(chuán)動部分加潤(rùn)滑油，作防潮(cháo)處理，不要露天堆置。

l   clear out the lumber and dust in valve chest when install. pay attention to the medium direction indicated by arrow. add seal shim between two flanges and then screw the bolt.

l   operate the valve by hand for a period of time before install. when there is no anomaly, the valve can be installed.

l   add lubricant to the transmission parts and check the transmission device regularly.
